Austin & Raymond Professional Alliance (ARPA) was founded by a group of consultants, academics, and business leaders who shared a vision — to create a community where professional service firms could learn, connect, and grow together.
What started as a small leadership roundtable in Sydney has since evolved into a national network of members spanning strategy, finance, operations, and management consulting.
Over the past three decades, ARPA has developed programs and partnerships that help professionals navigate change, elevate business performance, and foster innovation in their organisations.
