Are these the only plans?
No. The tiers are a starting point. You can add extra member records, admin seats, advanced events, SSO, API access, and onboarding as add-ons. You can also move between plans at any time and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. Annual billing includes a discount, and we offer reduced pricing for registered non-profits, community clubs, and student associations. Multi-branch organisations can bundle locations under one contract. Proof of eligibility is required.
When will my account be activated?
Right after signup you receive your workspace link and admin login. A short setup guide helps you add branding, membership types, payment methods, and emails. If you want us to import data or enable SSO/integrations, our team will coordinate that with you shortly after activation.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from the admin portal and you will keep access until the end of the paid period. You can export members, transactions, and event data before you leave. If you return later, we can help restore your setup.
